Tigers have three in British Final

GLASGOW will have three representatives in next month’s British Final after Chris Harris, Lewis Kerr and Richie Worrall qualified from tonight’s semi-final.

The trio were in fine form at Leicester, finishing on 13, 12 and 11 respectively, comfortably sending them through to the final at the National Speedway Stadium in Manchester.

It could’ve been even better for Worrall, who had three wins before he crashed when Adam Ellis locked up in front of him in his fourth ride, and he had to settle for second in the re-run, before missing the two minutes in his last race.

Glasgow’s James Sarjeant also rode in the meeting, replacing team-mate Paul Starke who sat out due to recent crashes, but the Tigers reserve’s five points weren’t enough to put him in the top eight.
