LEWIS Kerr is set for a lengthy spell on the sidelines after breaking several bones in a crash at King’s Lynn last night.
The Glasgow star, who’d been enjoying one of the best seasons of his career, hit the fence at his Premiership track and was taken to hospital for treatment.
He confirmed today he’s suffered a spiral fracture in his left tibia and a number of breaks in his right foot.
He’ll have more scans today but the injuries could put an end to his season, depending on his recovery time.
Further details will be revealed once we have them, along with details on the implications on the team for the Lakeside match tomorrow and further ahead.
